The Office of Government & Community Relations works closely with local government including elected officials, administrators and staff, the business community, and other local groups to strengthen the connection between the campus and the greater community on a variety of issues. Our partners in this effort include the City of Goleta, the City of Santa Barbara, the County of Santa Barbara, the Isla Vista Community Services District and other cities and special districts in Santa Barbara County. Our office also works with local and regional business groups and other community organizations.
